begining with Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino, and parts of Kern County.
We do charge a trip fee for locations over 100 miles from either office, which ever is closer. This fee
is an additional $100.00 to the order, NO Exceptions!.

Typically the turn around time is 2-3 days depending on availability of the borrower. All appraisals are emailed
to the lender in .PDF form. Rush jobs are charged an additional $100.00 for each order. We also charge $25.00 for
